Balsalmic veal chops

Ingredients

  • 6 veal chops
  • 1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
  • 3T. lemon juice
  • 1T. worcestshire sauce
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil to season pan

Preparation

Step 1

1) heat olive oil in skillet; meanwhile salt and pepper the chops. heat chops in skillet til brown

2) meanwhile whisk vinegar, lemon juice worcestshire, honey and mustard together

3) brush chops with glaze and cook 3-5 minutes on each side
