Ingredients
- 1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 T. light mayonnaise
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- dash of Worchestershire sauce
- salt and ground pepper
- 2 slices of multigrain bread
- 2 to 3 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 3 oz. sliced smoked turkey
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Worchestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper then spread on both bread slices.
2. Break lettuce into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread. Top with turkey, remaining lettuce and bread. If storing overnight, top bread with lettuce first then dressing. This prevent the sandwich from getting soggy.
