Italian Cupboard Soup

Ingredients

• 3 10 oz cans Campbell’s Chicken broth
• 1 14 oz cans of Great Northern Beans
• 1 14 oz cans of petite diced tomatoes
• 2-3 cups diced ham
• 1 8 oz packages of fresh spinach ( chopped )
• 1/4 cup dried minced onions
• 3/4 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
• 1 Tbl garlic salt

Step 1

Put all ingredients into large pot except for spinach and cheese. Bring to boil then let simmer for 30 min…

Add spinach & cheese……ready in 5 min
