Ingredients
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
- l lb. Velveeta, cubed
- 1 lb. Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
- 1 16 oz. jar taco sauce
- 1 can (10 oz.) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- (drained)
- 1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced ripe olives, drained
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook the beef, onion and green pepper over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain on a paper towel. Return the meat to the skillet. Stir in the cheese, taco sauce, tomatoes, and olives. Cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
