BEEF BARBEQIE

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cubed beef
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 10 oz. can tomatoe sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
  • 1/2 bottle Open Pit Barbeqe saice

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef in fat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
Stir. Cook in crock pot on lo 6 hrs. or longer. Stir last 1/2 hr. & add 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce. When done, mash with potato masher
