Ingredients
- 3 lb. cubed beef
- 2 Tbsp. fat
- 10 oz. can tomatoe sauce
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
- 1/2 bottle Open Pit Barbeqe saice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in fat. Add salt & pepper to taste. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
Stir. Cook in crock pot on lo 6 hrs. or longer. Stir last 1/2 hr. & add 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce. When done, mash with potato masher
