instant baked potato (microwave)

reduce a oven baked potato time of an hour to microwave time of a few minutes.

Ingredients

• 1 potato

Preparation

Step 1

wash skin of potato
take fork and pierce skin at least 4 times on top and bottom (to prevent explosions)
place in microwave
cook on high for 6-10 minutes till fork easily through it,
not tested for multiple potatoes but probably just add 5 minutes per potato added.

remember to eat the entire potato, skin and all.
