Divine Lobster Dip

Ingredients

• 500 g lobster chopped into small pieces
• 250 g cream cheese, softened
• 90 g butter, softened
• 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
• ½ tsp Tabasco
• 1 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• 1 clove garlic, crushed
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
• 2 green onions, sliced finely

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheese, butter, mayonnaise, Tabasco, lemon juice, nutmeg and pepper in a small bowl. Beat well with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Stir in lobster and remaining ingredients. Serve with bagel chips, crackers and carrot sticks.
