CHERRY POKE CAKE

  • 1 PKG SUPERMOIST YELLOW CAKE MIX
  • 1 C BOILING WATER
  • 1 PKG (4 SERVE) JELLO CHERRY GELATIN
  • 1/2 C COLD WATER
  • 1 TUB THAWED COOL WHIP

Step 1

HEAT OVEN 350. BAKE CAKE AS DIRECTED. PLACE COOLED TOP SIDES UP BACK IN PAN PRICK WITH FORK. POUR HOT WATER OVER JELLO UNTIL DISSOLVED, STIR IN COLD WATER POUR OVER CAKE. REFRIDGERATE 4 HOURS. DIP IN WARM WATER FOR 10 SECONDS. FROST WITH COOLWHIP AND REFRIDDGERATE.
