Ingredients
- 1/3 c. minced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3T hoisin sauce
- 2T peanut butter
- 1T minced ginger
- 1T soy sauce
- 1T sesame oil
- 1T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 2lb thighs
- 2T chopped cilantro
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients, pour over chicken, marinate for 1 hour. bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. sprinkle with cilantro.
