Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. minced green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3T hoisin sauce
  • 2T peanut butter
  • 1T minced ginger
  • 1T soy sauce
  • 1T sesame oil
  • 1T lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce
  • 2lb thighs
  • 2T chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients, pour over chicken, marinate for 1 hour. bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. sprinkle with cilantro.
