Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh chicken sausage (tomato and basil is good)
- 3 small beef bouillion cubes
- 1 lb sliced carrots
- 1 bag red lentils
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 small hot red pepper, chopped and sauteed
- ground black pepper
- 6 cups water
Preparation
Step 1
Sort and wash lentils. Chop vegetables. Add all ingredients to a large pot with water and cook on low heat until lentils are soft and vegetables are cooked. Add more water if necessary.
