Ingredients

• LB. LOAF:
• 1/4 c. instant potato flakes
• 3/4 c. milk
• 3/8 c. water
• 3 c. bread flour
• 1-1/2 t. salt
• 1-1/2 T. sugar
• 2 t. active dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in bread pan. Select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
