Sausage Gravy

Mostly a Bob Evans recipe original. Very good sausage flavor in the gravy, not the least bit pasty tasting.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 8 prepared biscuits (2 extra for mopping up gravy)
Preparation
Step 1
Crumble and cook sausage and garlic powder in large skillet over medium heat until browned.
Stir in flour until dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until thick and bubbly. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot over biscuits. Refrigerate leftovers.
If a thinner sauce is referred, add 1/2 cup to 1 cup of extra milk and heat thoroughly.
