Ingredients
- 6 oz. Can White Albacore Tuna
- 1/3 Cup Mayonaise
- 1/4 cup sliced celery
- 1/8 cup sliced almonds
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Drain tuna. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours. Serve in a pocket bread with lettuce or any good bread.
Note: You might want to add another can of tuna to this recipe to stretch it.
