CHERRY MASH

Ingredients

• 2 C sugar
• 2/3 C evaporated milk
• dash of salt
• 12 regular marshmallows
• 1/2 C butter
• 1 6 oz package cherry chips
• 1 t vanilla
• 1 12 oz package chocolate chips
• 3/4 C peanut butter
• 1/2 C ground peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan add together sugar, evaporated milk, salt, marshmallows, and butter. Boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat. Add in cherry chips and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a 9" x 13" pan. Melt together in double boiler; chocolate chips, peanut butter, and peanuts. Pour over cherry mixture.
