KIELBASA = Bow Ties with Sausage & Peppers

Ingredients

  • 8 oz bow tie pasta cooked
  • 12 oz kielbasa cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 red peppers cut into strips
  • 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage and peppers over medium high heat until peppers are crisp tender and sausage is hot. Stir in broth and pepper. Bring to boil and reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta. Add parsley.
