Turkey and White-Bean Chili

Ingredients

  • Heat 2 tbl canola oil over medium-high heat
  • Add 1 lb ground turkey
  • Add salt/pepper
  • Add chopped onion and jalapenos and cook until soft
  • Add cumin and tomato paste - cook 2 minutes
  • Add canned beans, broth and water and bring to boil
  • Simmer 20 mins until thick
  • Serve with garnish and fresh bread as desired

Preparation

Step 1

2 tbl canola oil
1lb ground turkey
salt/pepper
1 lg chopped onion
2 diced jalapenos
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tbl tomato paste
2 cans drained and rinsed cannellini or any white beans
2 cans (14.5 oz) chicken broth
1 cup water

Garnish:
sour cream
thinly sliced radishes
cilantro leaves
