BARBECUED SHORT RIBS

  • Brown:
  • 3 lbs. short ribs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Add Sauce:
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup catsup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 onion, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer until almost tender. Add chopped celery and onion. Simmer until meat is tender.
