Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1-29 oz. can sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup broken pecans
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup cornflakes crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Mask potatoes with 1st 5 ingredients and spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Lightly stir remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 45 minutes.
