  • SINGLE CRUST:
  • DOUBLE CRUST
  • 9 inch pan
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup & 2 Tablespoons shortening
  • 1/4 cup water-ish (start with tablespoon and add more until you reach correct amount needed)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon shortening
  • ~1/4 cup water
