HAM AND BROCCOLI BRUNCH BAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 package 6 oz, Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (original recipe)
  • 1 package 6 oz chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1 t curry powder
  • 1 1/4 C fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 C cubed ham
  • 1 C fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 C grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 C mayonnaise
  • 2 t prepared mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Cook rice, place in prepared 9"x13" pan, top with uncooked broccoli-defrosted and all moisture squeezed out (paper towels work well), top with the ham, top with mushrooms, top with cheddar cheese. Blend: soup, mayonnaise, mustard, and curry. Spread over top. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be made the day before, then just bake before serving.
