SALMON PATTIES

Ingredients

  • 1 can (7-3/4 oz) pink salmon drained and flaked
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C dry bread crumbs
  • 1 t minced onions
  • 1/4 t each salt and thyme
  • dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

In medium bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape in three patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until firm.
