Ingredients
- 1 can (7-3/4 oz) pink salmon drained and flaked
- 1 egg
- 1/3 C dry bread crumbs
- 1 t minced onions
- 1/4 t each salt and thyme
- dash of pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape in three patties; place in lightly greased shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven 20 minutes or until firm.
