Step 1

PLACE CREAM IN A CASSEROLE DISH AND SOFTEN, SPREAD AROUND DISH, TOP WITH CHILI, TOP WITH CHEESE.

HEAT IN MICROWAVE UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND CASSEROLE IS WARM
