- 2 large garden cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks, about 2 cups
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 to 2 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
