Ingredients
- 1 ( 12 oz ) Rigatoni
- 3 t butter
- 2 T flour
- 1 1/2 C milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- 1/2 lb Velveeta /cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare macaroni.
In a sauce pan melt butter.
Add flour.
Stir constantly and mix should thicken.
Add milk slowly.
Add salt, paprika and cheese.
If mix gets too thick add more milk.
Add pasta and toss.
