Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast, well trimmed
  • 1 package McCormick® Slow Cookers BBQ Pulled Pork Seasoning OR 455 ml (1 bottle) Chili sauce +
  • 1/3 c grainy mustard +1/3 c liquid honey + 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 c chopped onions
  • 2 c peeled, cored & chopped apples

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover&cook 6-7 hrs until meat is fall apart tender. Remove roast to large plate. Using 2 forks pull apart along the length of the roast. Stir meat back into sauce. Serve on buns.
