Shrimp Boulettes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of Shrimp
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Bell Pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 Sticks of Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tblsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of bread Crumbs
  • Creole Seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Chop shrimp into about 4 pieces. Combine with, bell pepper, celery, garlic, paprika, eggs and bread crumbs. Season with season. If too dry, add water. If too soft, add bread crumbs. Roll in 1-1/2” ball or make parties. Dip in flour and fry in deep fat. Serve hors d’oeuvres or use in shrimp bisque
