Ingredients
- 2 t. mayo
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 15 slices of italian bread
- jar of baby artichoke hearts
- parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1) mix mayo and lemon juice; set aside
2) toast bread on both sides under broiler
3) rinse and quarter artichoke hearts.
4) spread mayo mix on bread and top with artichoke heart
5) garnish with parsley
