Ingredients
- 1 dozen lg organic eggs (hard boiled)
- 1 tbl salt
- 5 - 8 tbl mayonnaise to taste
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 dash dried dill
- 1/8 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Hard boil 12 eggs and cut in half when cooled
Spoon yolks into separate bowl and place whites halved on a serving tray
With a fork mix yolks with:
salt
pepper
dill
dijon
mayo
(until thick like peanut butter)
spoon back into whites
sprinkle with paprika and put in fridge for at least an hour before serving
