Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs, thawed
- 2 12oz jars of beef gravy
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 2 T. butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 T. worcestshire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 C. sour cream
Preparation
Step 1
1) saute mushrooms in butter til tender.
2) combine mushroom, onion, gravy, worcestshire and allspice in crockpot
3) stir in meatballs
4)cover, cook on low 6 hours
5) gradually stir 1/2 C. of hot gravy mix into sour cream. stir back into crockpot
