Peanut Butter Chiffon Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 8 inch graham cracker crust
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 9 oz cream cheese (1 – 8 oz plus 1 oz) softened
  • 1 cup 10x sugar
  • 1/3 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 3 - T chocolate syrup
  • 2 T chopped peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool to lukewarm

Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy – beat in sugar and peanut butter

Slowly add gelatin mixture, blending well. Fold in whipped topping and pour into crust

Drizzle with syrup and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Chill for two hours or until firm
