Ingredients
- IN ONE BOWL:
- 1 Egg (seperate white from yolks)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- IN ANOTHER BOWL:
- 1 stick butter (beat and add slowly
- 1 cup granulated sugar (cream well)
- 2 yegg yold until mixed
Preparation
Step 1
Using first batch of ingredients: In bowl beat egg white until stiff and add 1/4 cup sugar slowly
Using second batch of ingredients: Fold in the beaten egg whites and add 2 oz Bourbon (I like to add just before serving)
