MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1 C sugar
• 1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
• 2 T lemon juice
• 1 C cream, whipped
• pastry crust or crumb crust

Preparation

Step 1

Beat egg whites, sugar, strawberries and lemon juice for 15 minutes in large bowl. Fold in whipped cream. Pile in crust. Freeze.
