Ingredients
- 2 egg white, unbeaten
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 5 tbs. water
- ½ tbs. corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the whites, sugar, water, and corn syrup over a double broiler, beating until mixed. Place mixture over rapidly boiling water, cook for 7 minutes, or until the frosting stands in peaks. Remove from water and add the vanilla and beat until thick enough to spread.
