Apple Bundt Cake

Golden brown and crisp on the outside, soft and moist in the inside. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3-5 Apples, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a bundt pan and set aside.

Combine dry ingredients then set aside.

Mix together the oil sugar and eggs until lemon yellow. Add the vanilla. Slowly mix in the dry ingredients then the apples and nuts. Pour into bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.

* I left out nuts in the cake, but I substituted 1 of the cups of flour for a cup of almond meal.
