Sharon's Raspberry-Romaine Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1-2 Heads Romaine Lettuce
  • Sliced Celery
  • Red Onion Rings
  • 1 small Package, Sliced Almonds (roasted)
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp French's Mustard

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse, dry, and tear Romaine. Chop celery, slice onion, roast the almonds and drain the mandarin oranges. Make Dressing ahead of time. When ready to serve, mix all ingredients and toss with dressing.
