Ingredients
- ======BURGER======
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
- 1/4 cup Dry bread crumbs
- 1 Onion small finely chopped
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- ======FILLING======
- 1/4 cup Cheese american shredded
- 1/4 cup Cheese cheddar shredded
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pound Bacon cooked
Preparation
Step 1
Get bacon up and frying 1st thing!
Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, salt, worchestershire, and pepper.
Shape mixture into 12 thin patties, about 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
Make filling by combining cheeses, mayonnaise, worchestershire, salt, mustard, pepper and bacon.
Top each of 6 patties with a filling, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edge.
Cover with a remaining patty, seating edges firmly.
Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once, to desired doneness, about 10 minutes.
