Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Butter ; unsalted!
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 12 ounces Semisweet chocolate ; broken into 1/ 2 oz pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Break up chocolate and put it into a bowl.

Bring cream, butter and sugar to a boil. Don't let it boil.

Pour hot cream mixture over the chocolate in the bowl.

Mix it all together until the chocolate melts.

Cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
