Ingredients
- 6 to 8 pork chops, trimmed
- Beaten egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Bread crumbs
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat off pork chops. Dip in egg and bread crumbs and sear in fry pan in hot oil.
Boil together tomato juice, spices, vinegar, brown sugar, and salt and pepper.
Place chops in greased casserole. Pour sauce over. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
