apple pie moonshine

Ingredients

  • 1 gallon spiced apple cider
  • 1 gallon apple juice
  • 1 and 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 8 whole cinnamon sticks
  • 1 bottle 750ml size 190 proof grain alcohol-everclear

Preparation

Step 1

put all ingredients in pot except the alcohol and bring to boil-remove and cool to room temp-once cool add the alcohol
transfer to sterile mason jars and put cinnamon sticks in each one

leave for a couple weeks and store in cool dark room
