Ingredients
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 (3oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a saucepan, stir flour into creamed corn. Add cream cheese and garlic salt. Stir over low heat until melted.
Stir in whole kernel corn and shredded cheese.
Turn mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Toss crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
