Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Add:
  • 16 oz. frozen corn (4 cups)
  • 1 T. chopped onion
  • 1 cup Saltines, crushed (about 28 crackers)

Preparation

Step 1

Put in 1-1/2 quart glass dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour until golden brown.
