Ingredients
- First mixture
- 1 Tbs garlic salt
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- Second mixture
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 Tbs soy sauce
- Boneless chicken breast
- Bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut chicken into small cubes
2. Soak chicken in the first mixture
3. Cook chicken in the second mixture and then in bread crumbs
4. Fry until golden brown
