Stuffing Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 pkg (6oz) Chicken stove top stuffing mix
  • 3/4 C cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Brown meat; drain. Combine with dry stuffing mix in large bowl.
Stir in cranberry sauce, egg and 1 C water. shape mixture into 16 balls. Place balls on foil-covered baking sheet; brush balls with melted butter.
