CRAB RANGOON DELIGHT

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Crab meat
  • 4 oz. Light cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Green onion thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Light mayonnaise
  • 12 Won ton wrappers

Preparation

Step 1

oven temp-350

Pre-heat oven, mix first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, spray muffin tin with non-stick spray. Place a won ton in each cup and fill evenly. Wet the tips of the wrappers and pinch together. Bake for 20 mins

Opt. Deep fry for 1-15 min at 350 deg. F
