- 10# BEEF ROAST - CHEAP POT ROAST
- 3 # ONION, SLICED
- 2 PINCHES OF OREGANO
- 2 BAY LEAVES
- 6-8 GREEN PEPPERS, CUT LENGTHWISE
- 2 SMALL BOTTLES ITALIAN PEPPERS & JUICE (PEPERONCINE)
- 2 TSP CARAWAY SEED
- 2 T VINEGAR
Preparation
Step 1
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE PAN, COVERED FOR 8 - 10 HRS UNTIL MEAT IS COOKED WELL DONE. SHRED MEAT AND MIX WELL.
SERVE WITH ITALIAN HARD ROLLS.
