  • 10# BEEF ROAST - CHEAP POT ROAST
  • 3 # ONION, SLICED
  • 2 PINCHES OF OREGANO
  • 2 BAY LEAVES
  • 6-8 GREEN PEPPERS, CUT LENGTHWISE
  • 2 SMALL BOTTLES ITALIAN PEPPERS & JUICE (PEPERONCINE)
  • 2 TSP CARAWAY SEED
  • 2 T VINEGAR

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE PAN, COVERED FOR 8 - 10 HRS UNTIL MEAT IS COOKED WELL DONE. SHRED MEAT AND MIX WELL.
SERVE WITH ITALIAN HARD ROLLS.
