Sourdough pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sourdough starter
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 2 1/4 cups flour.
  • Cover bowl, let stand overnight.
  • With wisk, beat in 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp each sugar, and canola oil
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking soda.

Preparation

Step 1

Let batter stand 10 minutes. Using a hot griddle, make pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear.
