Ingredients
- 1 cup Sourdough starter
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 1/4 cups flour.
- Cover bowl, let stand overnight.
- With wisk, beat in 2 eggs
- 2 tsp each sugar, and canola oil
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 tsp baking soda.

Let batter stand 10 minutes. Using a hot griddle, make pancakes. Flip when bubbles appear.
