SUMMER BLT SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 8 slices cooked crumbled bacon or 3 oz. can of real bacon bits
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonaise
  • 3 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped (1 cup)
  • lettuce leaves
  • Keebler Town House Crackers
  • Minced fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Reserve 1 teaspoon bacon for garnish. Combine remaining bacon, sour cream, mayonaise and plum tomatoes in medium bowl, stirring until blended. Cover, refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors. (May be prepared up to 3 Hours in advance.) /To serve, spoon into small bowl or hollowed out tomato. Place on letuce leaves on serving plate surrounded by Keebler Town House crackers. Sprinke seserved bacon and parsley over spread.
