Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 3 pkts. Splenda
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 c. ice cubes
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together yogurt, milk, and Splenda in a blender. While blending, slowly add strawberries through the opening in the lid. Blend until smooth, then add ice cubes one at a time, blending until slushy.
