Crockpot Apple Cake

from Rogena, love this! Need to be sure to cook long enough, I thought 1.5 hours was long enough last time, but there was still some runny cake mix.

Ingredients

• 3 lbs apples peeled and sliced
• 1 white cake mix
• 1 stick butter
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Peel apples, toss with sugar, flour, cinnamon and water. Pour into crockpot sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle dry cake mix all over. Melt butter and pour over cake mix. Cook on high 1-3 hours depending on your crockpot. Apple mixture will be boiling.
